If you own a Wii U chances are that you've already played NES Remix 1 and 2, if you haven't... then get to it! Well it looks like the series is coming to the 3DS as well, in the shape of the Ultimate NES Remix, slated for release November 7th 2014 in Europe and December 5th 2014 in America.

Stop right here for a minute folks, there's finally a kickstarter project worth mentioning. Not only are we dealing with a documentary about creating an actual NES game, but backers will also have the option to purchase an actual cart.

The kickstarter is called "The New 8-bit Heroes: New NES game and creation documentary" and is being maintained by Joe Granato.

The pledge goal is set to $36000 and with 28 days to go there's $19000+ already pledged, so it looks like it won't be a problem finding funding for the project.
