RETROZONE CHRISTMAS GAME (CART) REVEALED EARLY

Kevin Hanley of KHAN Games revealed earlier this week on his facebook site that he had created the game for this years RetroZone NES Christmas cart release, a rewamped version of a previously unreleased game project of his called Super Biplane Battle.
The cartridge has yet to be released, but I'm guessing it'll be available sometime in November and throughout December, and then that's it. The cartridge itself has been updated for this years release too.
Keep an eye out on www.retrousb.com for the release if you want a biplane dogfight, christmas style :-)

HOSTING PAYMENT JUST AROUND THE CORNER

After the demise of the Parodius Network, NESWORLD is now using a paid hosting at A2 hosting. We're currently at the lowest of the available hosting options and I would like to upgrade sometime soon to have more features available to me, but that's another story.
Well if you have a few dollars to spare and would like to help pay for hosting, please feel free to donate using the paypal button on the right. I only need to spend around $140 for a year of hosting, with the current hosting option, and incl. renewal of the domain - so it's not like I have to dig deep in my pockets.

N64 HIDDEN GAME STUFF UPDATED

I've been quite busy lately and haven't had much time to work on the site, but I have managed to make a few updates over the past weeks and some of it is available in the N64 Hidden Game Stuff section...
As expected, Streemerz has been released for the Nintendo Entertainment System by Faux Game Company, a NES version of a flash game by Mr. Podunkian who made the game loosely based on an old Action 52 game by the same name.
I highly recommend playing this one, this is by far the most awesome NES homebrew released of 2012!
NES HOMEBREW 'STREEMERZ' SOON TO BE RELEASED

No, Greg Pabich is not rereleasing yet another Action52 game, thing is something brand new, though loosely based on the Action 52 game :-)
Yesterday a new trailer for the (new) NES version of Streemerz, originally a flash game by Mr. Podunkian based on the Action52 Streemerz game. The NES version is made by Faux Game Company (thefox). At the very end of the trailer it says "comming to NES 10-10-2012" and the game looks too damn awesome.

The game will supposedly just be released as a ROM, but who knows if a limited cartridge run magically appears?
