This is an official Gameboy Advance flash cart, released by Nintendo for use by game developers.
Again, there's not a whole lot information available regarding this type of cartridge, other than it's early as it only fits the original GBA and not the SP, I belive it's the
first fully enclosed GBA flash cart made by Nintendo.
The cart features 128M (megabits) of flash memory, selectable in 32, 64 and 128Mbit chunks using a dip switch located on the front of the cart.
This probably means that it cart can hold up to 4 32mbit games, 2 64mbit or 1 128mbit game.
In this case the game hold one 128mbit rom, or at least it's dip switched to 128mbits, the game is no other than Bubble Bobble Old & New.
