This is a tough game search if there ever was one.  It's not NES related but everyone looks here first so I'll give it a go.  I'm looking for the names of two arcade games I played in my youth and I only remember how they play.  If you can figure these out you're freaking good.

1. Don't remember much other than it had to have come out sometime in the early to mid 80s.  You play as what I remember as a bald man (perhaps meant to look Chinese, definitely Asian though in a feudal like setting) who wielded some sort of spear-like weapon.  It was a beat-em up and you bashed the crap out of people and I remember going into like a fortress level.  He may have been wearing this cloak and had earrings, but it's hard to say.  I know for certain he wielded a spear-like weapon and kicked serious ass.

2. I remember more about this.  It was a beat-em up in the style of something like Ninja Combat for the Neo Geo.  You coulc pick between one of three guys.  I remember only two, a white guy with a huge, blonde mohawk and a black guy with a short crew cut.  The white guy wore all blue I believe and the black guy red and there was a yellow guy but I forget what he looked like.  You beat up guys on each level (the levels are static, you move back and forth and kill everyone, then fight a boss) and the distinct feature I remember is that you could grab the enemies by the legs and swing them around and everyone thought that was awesome.
