Power on the game, then on controller 1 hold the A button and press RESET. On controller 2, press A or B for a stage/sound test menu, then use controller 1 again to select the stage with UP or DOWN.
Using the A button on controller 2 it will take you to a level select menu where when a level is selected the music will automaticly start playing and if START is pressed, the stage can be played.
When pressing B on controller 2 you'll also be able to see cutscenes from the game and there aren't nearly as much to do other than selecting a stage here.
