Anywhere in the game, press and hold UP, A and B, then hit RESET. Keep holding UP, A and B until the sound test menu appears.

STAGE SELECT

Switch on the game and press RESET 25 times. Then at the title screen press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, START and a stage select menu should appear.
