Part of a two game deal with Ocean along with Wetrix, Zed Two set out to develop Vampire Circus. However Ocean insisted that the game would be redesigned to make use of the Taz license Ocean had purchased recently. The other game, Wetrix, actually started out as a water tech demo for Vampire Circus.

I think it's safe to say that Vampire Circus never existed in any other form than some design documents.
