Thanks to Joey Mariano, who emailed me about his project, I am able to present to you a with the news of a NES album in the works. It's coded by No-Carrier with music by Joey Mariano.

The album is supposed to be released by the end of November, selling for $30 + shipping. The run is limited to 50 carts so hurry up and pre-order at http://animal-style.com.

One of the oldest articles on the site about the first NES handheld known to exist, the TopGuy, is once again to be found on the site, it has been slightly rewritten though to include some of the information found over the years.

It's time for another look at one of the many N64 games that didn't make it to store shelves. This time it's an Orc basher of a game, called Dragon Sword, developed by Interactive Studios to be published by MGM Interactive, who turned out to publish absolutely nothing of what they announced, jerks! :-)

It seems that the game actually isn't a NES game in the works, but a PC game looking like a NES game. Had it been NES it looked awsome, what a shame.

Sorry to those who got just as excited about the news as I did...

Eric Ruth, who runs Pixel Force, has a project in the works, being a recreation of a game by Valve called Left 4 Dead, Zombie action at its best.

Right now the first mission and most of the core game is done, and the final game is expected to arrive on January 4.

A very promising project to say the least.

The homebrew section has once again received an update, as promised, bringing the number of known files/titles to 265. The page now also features a few new categories, hoping that it'll make the page easier to browse.
