THE ARCHIVES: ROCKET GAMES 10 JUNE 2004 - 18:50 CET Finally an update to the Archives section of NES WORLD, a sort of secret part of the site where the oddities of all other systems than the NES gets a mention. UK RETRO MAGAZINE 9 JUNE 2004 - 23:45 CET There's a relatively new magazine out in the UK called Retro Gamer, the fourth issue has been released just recently. I've managed to get ahold of 3 of the four issues, issue one was out of stock sadly. All I can say is that this is an absolutely brilliant magazine with lots of good articles, like the one about Telecomsoft (firebird etc brands) in the latest issue, Dizzy history in issue two and so on. The magazine is a bit on the expensive side, £5.99, but then you get a cover disc with all sorts of goodies such as remakes, music, demos, emulators and pretty much everything that you can find on the net aswell, maybe it would be a good idea to get rid of the disc to lower the magazine cost, but then again, the cover disc is a very nice addition to the magazine. I suggest that you at least check out the magazine's website ( here ).

NEW SECTION ADDED: PRESS MATERIAL 4 JUNE 2004 - 23:25 CET Yes, time for another update. This time I've added a whole new section called Press Material, containing some of the stuff you normally don't see around, the actual press releases from the NES era. Stuff like this is VERY hard to find, so don't expect too many updates of the section in the near future, feel free to contribute if you've got something that isn't there already. ( check )
