GAME PLAYER'S GAME TAPES 16 SEPTEMBER 2006 - 12:10 CET A couple of days ago, I stumbled upon some of the less common GamePlayer tapes on ebay. If you ave absolutely no idea of what I'm talking about, it's the old VHS tips & tricks tapes, which are quite fun to watch :-) I've aldready bought one of each she has on auction, but if you're interested in owning these aswell, click here to go to the ebay sellers listings. The cool thing about the tapes being sold here is that it's not just the 4 first, very common, that are being sold. Most interesting is, this auction. But I also bought a tape with green cover, this and this with purple cover, tapes which I've never seen or heard of. You might want to ask her if she has more of these, if you're interested that is ;-)

EASTER EGG IN LINUS SPACEHEAD EUROPEAN RELEASE 14 SEPTEMBER 2006 - 23:30 CET When checking out a few games today, I discovered a hidden "extra" in the European release of Linus Spacehead's Cosmic Crusade, released as Cosmic Spacehead. The little extra thing is a game called "2 Player Pie Slap", a small arcade type game where you chase each other around on 1 of 3 levels (Slapper, Bouncy Slap and Airy Slap) while trying to shoot one another. When such happens, a SPLAT! appears on the screen, where you were shot :-)

CHAT ROOM RETURNS 14 SEPTEMBER 2006 - 23:30 CET An old part of the site has returned. A few years ago, the site had a chatroom. Back then there was a huge interest, but after a year or so the interest quietly died out. When no one used the chatroom, I decided to remove it from the index page, but it was never closed down. Recently there has been a bit of talking on the messageboard about a chatroom and a few attempts have been made, but unfortunately they failed. The old chatroom was simple to use, and dialup-friendly, so I decided to bring it back to "life", eventhough it never really was dead. So here we are, you can access the chat by clicking here.

GARAGE CART 3 SEPTEMBER 2006 - 11:15 CET I've added Memblers amazing Garage cart to the list of game rarities. I may not really belong there as it was never available in shops or was mass produced, but either was Huge Insect. Well, check it out here.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NESWORLD! 1 SEPTEMBER 2006 - 00:01 CET My dear old website turns 11 today. I can't believe it has been this long. It has been one crazy ride with ups and downs, including rip off's, but also extremely friendly people all over the world, who have contributed a lot to keep this site going. I'm ready for another 11 years though! :-) Hopefully I should have some new stuff on the site soon...
