I just finished watching the whole thing, and though the clip goes all the way through in the expected order, Mario moved a bit choppy and the speed seems unusually fast. Maybe it's several clips spliced together or perhaps it's a faster pirate version of Mario, which isn't uncommon. Notice that the dude (though from Asia) is playing the Famicom version.

The Mario 3 speed run has made its rounds around the internet for years now, it is a tool assisted speed run, and is NOT legit. Still awesome to watch though.
