I have a spare Bandit Kings manual. Cover's ragged, but everything is intact, and the inside is in great shape. I'd prefer to trade it for the map, but I'm open to offers.

No problem. I need to get a box upgrade myself, and the map, so I may be able to help you out with it down the road :)
