I was just watching some videos (along with the NEW TMNT movie coming out next spring) But the ending of this "speed run" makes me think. I have Beaten this game ONLY once. But I believe there were more platforms you can jump on at the end, I may be wrong can someone refresh my memory.

No; that looks correct.  I guess they made Shredder easy since the rest of the game was hard; I mean, wasting all that energy just to get there!  If you lose, there's little to no chance you'll make it there again on the next try.

Plus, that gun he shoots is 1 hit, you're toast.

But it does seem odd that you can't get hit from that platform - it looks like you could.

I still may have to whip out the old turtle game and try to beat it, I'll have to find some game genie codes first Its too dam hard. I'm still satisfied that I beat it once though. I still think that there was more platforms, I let you know whenever I get to it

You've beaten it without the Game Genie codes?  If so, congrats on that - the game isn't too difficult if you stock up on those rippler things (is that what they were called?)

I first used the GG to beat this, then I went back & beat it without it. ;D

I get a better sense of completing a game without cheating. I didn't stock up on those "moon things" I call them. I would give each turtle a specific weapon, every time;

leo - boomerrand
raph - shuriken
don - 3 shuriken
mike - "moon thing"

I've only beaten this game once years ago and only once. I can always get into the technodrome without a problem, But whenever I get there  ITS JUST SO DAM HARD. I was a HUGE ninja turtle fan so I played this game all the time, but still could never "master" the technodrome

I did the same thing, each turtle a weapon.  Mine was more like this:

Leo - Shuriken
Raph - 3 Shurikens
Mike - Boomerangs
Don - Rippler

I'd use Leo all the time, but whenever I needed to, I'd use someone else's weapon & try to keep the others full health before refilling Leo.

When I get to the technodrome, however - I like Leo to be just at half health so his attack is twice as strong.  If not, I'd just use Don.

with low health your attacks are stronger? Really? I must have not noticed that before. I would always use don or leo but if a harder part was coming up like before you fight the big mouser and you have the spikes on each side coming from either side. I sometimes would miss the whole to fall in at the bottom and hit a spike a automatically die.

Switch Mike and Raph and that was my setup...not that it much mattered because I rarely used the special weapons anyway...just on Mechaturtle and the Technodrome :P

I have to say, although pretty irritating, that mechaturtle fight is one of the best.

yes i have to agree with you there, it was a fun fight. The most pointless fight was mouser, you didn't even really have to move.

I always rented games from the video store,back in the day,and beat the games in a week .
But turtels is a f...ing  hard game man!
I only made it too the technodrome
to see the tube movie makes me want too beat,but i can still feel the frustation over all those years.

Still this games has something special

I never made it to the giant mouser. After watching that, it seemed like I wasn't even though half the game! I'll definitely need to pick this one up again.

And I've never even SEEN Shredder in the game!  :o

Damn, this games is freakin' hard.  I could always get to the last level but I couldn't get to Shredder.  I finally did once and did beat the game but only once!  This game is F'n hard!

I remember playing this game non stop when it first came out.  I did end up beating in but only b/c I loaded all 4 dudes with that Kai Scroll thing.  Indeed, it was a very hard game but so much fun.
