I got a new cable box and the installer noticed a few of my game systems and said I would need another type of plug to make them work. Does anyone know what he may mean. The back of the box has all the right connections and I try the right channels but I never get a picture or sound? I haven't played a video game in a couple weeks HELP :'( :-[
