Couldn't find any info on this game anywhere... anyone know more?

Is it a pirate even though it says Sachen?

All Sachen games are pirates, but they are just more organized than most pirates companies.

Nope. This is one of the orignal 66 games they made. They have a few light gun games in fact, and a few multi carts.

Hm.. Sachen did make some games of their own didnt they?
I have this game complete :) Also have another lightgun game by Sachen. I think i never tried these game hehe.

Look at the bottem right side of the boxes jajaja posted. There are the numbers SA-023 and SA-024 If you look at the Sachen list of games that is the code for Cosmos Cop and Tough Cop. A few of there games don't have there actually title on the artwork, but only on the title screen of the game which is no in English.

And yes Sachen did make several of there own games. Several HES games have the Sachen title screen on them once you fire them up on your NES. HES bought the rights off Sachen for several games.
