Hey man, I'm interested in DW III and IV. I'm a little short on cash right now (oh, the life of a freelance journalist) and was wondering what you were looking for regarding a trade. Also, pics would be nice, to see exactly how bad-bad condition is, haha.

This just instantly cast doubt on your story, seeing as we had a deal on this until you claimed to have worked something out with someone else.  What gives man?  Totally happy I never sent out the manual.  Filed a dispute on PayPal for my $10, I suggest you refund me so I don't have to escalate it to a claim.

Don't act a fool and you don't get made to look like one.  As for my not getting back to you, check your PMs, I'm pretty sure I did.  I'm interested in either game, but I'd prefer the original deal, or a refund.  In all fairness, since the deal was worked out BEFORE you started working a deal with someone else (and you "forgot" our deal was pending), you should have scrapped the other deal in the first place, or at least given me a chance to counter-offer.  The way you worded it to me was that you'd already sent it out to the other guy.  There's a way to conduct a deal, and this certainly isn't it.
