Saw this asshole was lurking on the site today.  If he tries to sell you anything, DO NOT BUY IT.  He has a long long history of ripping people off including myself.  He has no remorse for ripping people off and tries to do so at all the gaming sites every so ofter.

I would like to request he be banned from this site as he has never ever tried to make good with any of the people he has ripped off.  And continues to rip off people to this day.

He is being watched, I keep my eye on him as well.  He has been caught at AtariAGE, NESForums, and DP that I know of.  I am sure he has probably hit the other forums too.  Everyone should be wary of doing business with him for sure.  He hasn't gotten anyone here, so a banning isn't in order.  But if he does I will get with the Admins to get it taken care of.

He hasn't tried to make any ammends.  He is continually ripping people off.  Whether or not he does nothing to anyone on "these forums", he needs to get banned.  He has affected other people here, just not on this forum.  

I don't want people to leave these forums because they're worried about unknowingly making a trade with him under a different name.  

Also, please do not bring up another person's name, because unlike Psycho Penguin, he has made ammends with people and is rebuilding his reputation.

Please take my comments to heart and don't just let them roll off your shoulders.

He hasn't had a chance to make ammends, not that I think he would.  But this forum has always had the rule as long as I have been here that unless it happens on these boards no actions are to be taken.  I don't have the authority to ban, I am just a MOD.  Martin or Stan would have to ban him, but I think they will tell you the same thing.  I HATE a scammer as much as anyone, I have had it happen to me also.  If you want to presue banning him speak with Stan or Martin.  I think this thread alone will be warning enough for him not to do business with people here,  He know he is being watched now.  It is much harder to scam when people know you are a scammer.  

I do encourage him to post in these thread and defend himself if he has anything to say.  But if you do, don't start a flame war or be hateful.

I also encourage him to come in here and defend himself. and while he is at that send me my games or refund my money that he ripped off.

Psycho Penguin used to be a very respected FAQ writer in the FAQ writing community (mostly GameFAQs), but got caught plagarizing in some areas of his work.....which is just about the equivalent to scamming in that community.  So he has been ostracized in two different online communities and countless different forums.  I would like to hear what he has to say about his online reputation.  Even if he doesn't try to make good with everybody, I at least want to hear him say something.  Keep in mind he never tried to pull any scams at NESWorld, so he does not deserve to be banned here at the moment.  It's good that he has been called out and people are watching him.  Just like what happened to me over a year ago.  I'd rather see him wear the hat of shame than to be banned.

Well I have his IP address so I can watch what he is up too.  I knew he wouldn't post though.  He just wants to see what is being sad about him.

How have you tried to contact him?  Last I talked with him he was going through some really rough times...could just be that he lost track of everything.

Try sending him a few PM's.  I will also send him an email and see if he responds or not.

Absolute crap,im sorry but my dad in law  works for tnt post,and he is in carge of internal post,and let me say this,roughly 3% of all mail goes missing,that is not all lot,and most mail gone has something too do with fraud.

Michael242 is a nice guy, I highly doubt he knowingly ripped you off.
