I recently worked out a deal for some sealed games with a guy on this forum.  I was planning on making payments for 4 games for 3 weeks totaling $265.  I made a big sale so i paid a bigger ammount $165.  i found a cheaper copy of one of the games and told that  person i would no longer be wanting the 4th game so my total should have been $205.  I wanted him to confirm with me the owed amount and then i would pay it.  
 I sent the payment on the 27th,  I sent numerous emails and PMs.  And havent heard a word.  Im getting worried.  
What would you do?

I usually give the buyer the full 45 days before I file a claim,or if you want just file a dispute,this gives the seller 20 days to ship your items before a claim is filed.

Please delete this thread.  All is well.  My seller has been sick.
