Game of the week/month what ever... i know that certain other sites have this but i think nesworld should do something like this aswell.Seems like a good idea to get people playing some new games and discuss new games aswell.I know everyone owns games or can get games easily enough that they havent really played....good suggestion?No?

I third this notion.

You gentlemen are about a year to late.  We had a game of the month club and it didn't work at all.  It stays active for about 3 months and people seem to loose interest in it shortly there after.  I say it is very unlikely that we will bring it back.  The Contest of the month replaced it in fact.  The contests seem to be getting very limited participation as well anymore, which I really don't understand because there are free prizes to win each month.  The next Contest will be a high score contest, so there will be your chance to play some games and win a prize :D

Because NESAholic or whoever is making them too difficult - liked the idea of having to guess the bosses, but having them scrambled up? :-/

Yeah , Januarys contest was too much for me..infact i could only guess one boss.high score contest sounds cool though.

I agree that if you adjust the format of the contests it will get much more participation.  I looked at the past few and they were much too hard so I decided to not even try.  I'm sure a lot of others have done the same thing.

If they were more approachable by a wider allotment of people you'd get more participation.

Even the last few highscore contests we had didn't get much particpation either.  All the graphical contest are won by Jedi Questmaster so those are kinda unfair for about everyone else anymore.  But your suggustions are noted and we will work on making them easier.
