Hey all, just wondering if you guys can help me figure out the value of these multicarts? I'm probably going to end up selling in the near future. Fact is I tried to sell them here around 4-5 years ago and, if I recall, I wasn't getting offers close to what I paid for them. Time ran out and then I moved and they've been in storage for what seems like forever.

3 of the NES variety, 6 of the famicom variety, and the sachen 12 in 1. I remember that there was a lot of interest in the 72 in 1 'cartridge story' from when I was trying to sell them way back. I can't find my old receipts to know what I paid for them nor can I really remember, so any help would be appreciated!

Pirates are a strange market.  You can't sale them legally on ebay, but sometimes the will slip through.  I only buy them for around 25-30 bucks shipped.  The Sachen one is probably worth around 30 also because it is cart only, if it were CIB I would say it is worth around 40-45.  The Cartridge Story one is a good multi, there are actually 3 of them total.  I had CS 2 and CS 3 for years, and just recently got CS1.  I think I paid 60 for it just because it was one of the few pirated multicarts that I REALLY wanted.  The famicom ones are only worth around 15-20 IMO, but I don't collect Fami either.

EDIT-  The value of a pirate cart varies wildly among collectors.  For the most part, I agree with NGD as to their value, even though personally I wont usually pay that much for them.  

My personal threshold is $30 CDN for a pirate multi-cart that I dont have.   And $20 for a pirate single (like a HKGC or Supervision).   But usually I wont even pay that much.

Saw a turtles 2 and 3 pirate bye the way strange :o i thought most pirate where multicarts
