I think it would be great but the the controls would be a big hastle since you have only 2 buttons, A and B.

I think Snatcher could have looked great. I mean look at Ninja Gaiden, Golgo 13, Shadowgate, etc. All the cut scenes/still shots looked pretty good imo.

The only problem would have been subpar audio.

Hmm, well I think they would've been able to make decent 8-bit renditions of the game music.

What resolution (DPI) image did you use?
Also, what type of printer and printer paper?
I tried making a label for the homebrew game "Bombsweeper" a while back and it didnt look very good.
