Went thrifting again (it's my Saturday morning thing to do) and found a bunch of different things. Actually some more NES this time.

Won't list them out, but at the Salvation Army thrift I picked up 19 NES carts for a buck each. A few nice ones, most fairly common. And for Genesis, Turrican, Fire Shark and Centurion: Defendfer of Rome for a buck each.

At Goodwill, Super Mario All-Stars and DK Country 2 for SNES for $1.99 each.

At another thrift, for Genesis, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? CIB for $1.99, and for Saturn at $2.99 each, Magic Carpet CIB, The Lost World: Jurassic Park CIB, Resident Evil in a Robo Pit case, Star Fighter CIB, Crime Wave in a Panzer Dragoon II Zwei case (an extra if anyone wants it for trade), and a Sonic 3D Blast in a Blazing Dragons case. And Bass Hunter 64 for N64 for $3.

SWEET another supper find Gary. Do all your thrift stores always stuck up the shelve with games? Your always snagging them from there. Sure can't beat a buck each for a NES game, nice going

There are a lot of thrifts near me. I make a big circle to five or six of them usually, plus there are a few more I just hit once in a while as they don't usually have any games. A lot of it is just persistence and going when you can. I won't find almost anything for a while, then I seem to find a lot. And much of the time I don't buy stuff cause it is either too much or I just really don't want it, like sports games. I'll pretty much buy anything for any system if it is cheap enough.

That's why I say I really don't "collect" stuff for the other systems, I just buy it because it is cheap.  :-)
