PayPal is running a new promotion that works exactly the same as the $15 rebate that just ended. Just spend $20 or more in an eBay store, get $5 back eventually.

Isn't it meant for any store except eBay? At least that's what it says on the page and offer details.

Well $5 bucks is $5 bucks, I signed up for it. That will be one more NES box out of the way for me for free. 8-)

I'm really not sure. It says that www.ebay.com is an excluded site, but that's what it said last time too if I remember correctly. I just signed up and I'm not going to do anything differently, if I get $5 a few months from now, then cool.
