From that pic, I can't tell. I don't know a game that includes the words "Super Rescue" Plus, the piraters removed the full copyright. :P

Thanks you. This game is a great game and has been pissing me off cuz i couldnt figure it out. What does the name translate into?
Is it actually Super Rescue Robocomp 3?

It's Power Blade (or Shatterhand, one of the two), but instead of being human you're a robot, IIRC. I also found this on a multi once and then compared it to the NES counterpart.
