All the disk-system needs to work with a famicom is just that cable-you got there, the RAM-adapter. Also of course as you've already noticed a couple of batteries. The disk-system wasn't sold with an AC-adapter, these however where possible to buy separetely. You should have no problems using the FDS with a famiclone.

Just put some C batteries in the disk system, plug the RAM adapter into your Famiclone and you're good to go. (Assuming you find a working famiclone, since you say yours came with no cables).
You're lucky to get those Honeybees. I couldn't find one of those to buy anywhere. |

Cool find. :) Those type of carts usually have some good games on them, like originals and hacks. With those HoneyBees, you won't even need that Famiclone.
An AC adaptor was made by Nintendo for the FDS. It's HVC-025. But, of course, you'll need to convert the power so you don't blow the Famiclone or FDS. The Famicom and FDS adaptors were made to input 100V. Anything more will cause trouble. You can even use your FDS on your NES, so I hear. :) |
