I've gotten two of these and both of them have similar glitches.  I can't get to level 2 as the game will always hang somewhere along the way.  I'm assuming this is either a somewhat common problem in the Taxan carts or I'm very unlucky.  I've gotten refund offers, thankfully.

If you can play from level 1 to level 3 without any problems, then your copy should be working.  It shouldn't be too hard to get that far...

Anyway, I want to get a CONFIRMED working copy and I don't even care about the cosmetics.  As long as it works, that'll be dandy.

This is not for the Atlantis Factor one, but the white label one by Taxan.

I have a game I can sell, this is one of my favorite games and I have personally beat it several times, in fact if I sold it to you I would complete it before I sent it to you.

Are you using the game genie when it glitches. If you are try it without it I used to have that same problem with the Taxan Gi Joe
