The Euro has been higher than the dollar for ages now.  But for Canada to pass us is  :o :o :o  I think this is the first time since I have been alive that their currency is stronger than ours.  If Australia passes us next I might make a brown streak in my pants.

I should start charging people 25$ CDN per reproduction!  Talk about taking a hit!!  When I started making reproductions in 2003, the exchange rate was ~1.5!

That's not the Euro's best, either.  I think it was at one time 2.20.  It must have devalued a bit.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but the Australian dollar as of today = 89.896¢ US...  The Canadian dollar now sits at $1.03257 US...  Yup, not looking good.

Looks like I can no longer shop at the Ikea in Burlington unless I want to pay twice as much.  To bad there's no Ikea in Buffalo :'(

Yes, 2.20 Dutch guilders. Surely not American dollars.

I think your forgetting that the US$ and the Canadian currency changes alot. In the past months it has been over.under and the same as the US Dollar. Really amazing though. I am from Buffalo so I love Canada and the US its awesome to go to Toronto. The only Canadians I dont like are you Maple Leafs and OTTOWA FANS  >:( Go Sabres!! lol
