Title: Theft from the NESWORLD game room
Post by Martin on 10. Dec 2007 at 18:39
This could most likely be the downfall of my collection. When I returned home yesterday I discovered that someone uninvited had been in my house while I was gone.

My entire collection of PS2 and Xbox games, roughly 100, are now missing as well as a Sony Videocamera, around 2000 DKK in cash, a Sony PSP (was later found by the police in very very poor state - no longer working) and last but not least my laptop I use at work.

As if that wasn't enough, someone also crashed into my car yesterday, didn't see a red light and crashed into the back of my car.

... life's a bitch sometimes

Well it looks like the police isn't going to do anything, but they most likely know who the thieves are, at least that's what they said yesterday. But they had no intention yesterday to check their suspects.

I'm going to have an alarm installed one of the next days as well as some other security stuff..

Well I don't think they'll be stealing a NES collection because they have no clue of what it is or know where/how to sell it. The funny thing is that they took all the Xbox and PS2 games but not the Gamecube games sitting on a shelf underneath the Xbox/PS2 games.

Man i hope for you they catch these assholes, must be hard for you knowing they still walk outside instead of being in jail. Good luck mate and keep us informed.

Sorry to hear that man. I can't believe the cops won't even check into their suspects either.

That's gay. I had a crack head steal some stuff out of my apartment in Seattle...A ps1, N64 and, cell phones etc. The dumbass even forgot to take the power cords and such. I found out the guys name and stuff because he made calls from my phone and I tracked down his name and work, etc, but the cops never did anything.

Dang dude, I'd be tempted to bust some kneecaps (and I'm a pacifist!).

Martin, I'm truly sorry--getting robbed is awful, the worst part just knowing that other people can be that shitty.  Hope the security stuff helps your peace of mind and everything.

Damn I just now saw this post.  What a bunch of shit.  I have heard lots of stories of these idiots stealing everything under the sun these days.  Some of the weirder things I have heard lately was people huffing the freon out of central air units and people going under cars at night with a sawzall and cutting off catalytic converters to sell to the junkyards.  I can't have a dog where I live now, but I'll be buying a gun in the near future.

I don't think you needed dreams or visions to confirm that you are crazy NGD.  Dreams are usually for the subconscience, not stuff laying right out there in the open.
