Super C or Jackal. Contra and Solar Jetman are very close in that running as well.

Mega Man 2 for me. I always have trouble making a top ten list, but never have an issue picking a number 1.

hmm for me it would prolly be Adventure Island or SMB3 I can beat it in 13 minutes! :D Theres alot of other fun games but those are prolly my top 2.

I'll go on a whim and pick Super Mario Bros. 3, as well. But MAN is it close with like, seven other titles. ;D

Solar Jetman?! Really I own it and play it from time to time but I dont even think its worthy of a mention. LoL jk memories im sure. ;)

Mine would have to be joint between TNMT & Wrestlemania Challenge, purely for nostalgic reasons as opposed because I think they're excellent games or anything. Those were the games I used to play round at my friends house probably around 1990 during the summer holidays when we played every day! (Along with SMB, SMB2, Chip n Dale and a few others). :)
