My copy of glider arrived today and what a nice surprise the packaging was, it was exactly like opening up a "real" NES game back in the day.

Not only does the game come boxed, even shrinkwrapped, but also includes a manuals and a sort of poster where you can cut out paper airplanes.

I can't really say much about the game just yet, I havn't played it that much. One thing I do know is that I'm missing a catchy background tune and maybe that the game was in color.

Though most of this was probably left out to stay as true to the original as possible...

But I'm really impressed to see a "homebrew" game of such great quality being released.

It is in color :)  Just hit select and you can choose from several different colors schemes.  I really hope you enjoyed the gay NGD air plane as well.  I didn't know about it and was pretty surprised when I got my copy ;D

Oh hahahaha.... I had my TvTuner running in NTSC mode with a PAL NES attached, which was why the game was black&white only :-)

Have you guys tried flashing new roms into it yet?
I havent even got a copy yet, I'm picking one up from someone who ordered 2 (saves me quite a bit in duties that way).

Also, has bunnyboy published a tool for making the rooms?

Unfortunately I still havn't got a CopyNES and well the few dollars I had left were spent on that new homebrew by Zzap :-)

Nice but with the great experiences i had with Bunnyboy in the past makes me say thanks but no thanks.

I haven't tried flashing it yet, but I have to beat the *existing* levels first! This game takes some serious timing, but I find myself coming back over and over again for more punishment.
