I have no idea where or how, but I lost my Bubble Bobble game.  I have a habit of taking my games and systems to others' houses to play some NES, but I have never lost a game before well except that one I let my friend "borrow" and never got back.  Anyway it has probably been missing for almost a year now.  I loved Bubble Bobble as a child and I would often rent it from my local video rental store.  And luckily when the video rental store started selling their NES games I was able to buy the same Bubble Bobble I rented as a child.  But now unfortunately it is gone.  I'm hoping it will turn up someday- it drives me crazy that I lost it.

Bubble Bobble isn't too rare, is it?  And Rainbow Islands which is Bubble Bobble 2 is the more rare game of the two correct?  I found that one at the video rental store, too.

Also on a side note, I noticed they have a few Bubble Bobble games for the DS.  Is Bubble Bobble Double just like the old game and Bubble Bobble Evolution is an updated version?  

Nope, not that rare, though because of its popularity it tends to go for more than it should.  Rainbow Islands is a bit harder to find than it, but the rarest of them all for the NES is the real Bubble Bobble 2, just called that.  It goes for A LOT.

Bubble Bobble Revolution has a version of the original BB game as well as a 'newage' version.

Anyone know what Bubble Bobble Double Shot is like?

Yeah I didn't know that there was an actual Bubble Bobble 2 game.  I thought it was Rainbow Islands.  Why do they call Rainbow Islands Bubble Bobble 2, that's weird.   I did see the real BB 2 when I looked it up on ebay.
