many years ago at the local landfill they had an area where you could drop off for free anything that may be usefull to somone else and u would pay a yardman a few bucks so he could eat at night i guess.
nice story huh, so one day im there dumping some old stuff out the garage or someting and i head to the computer section to see if they have any NES gear, they hardly ever did but i got loads of sega stuff there. so one day theres a big ass box there just full of old gaming gear so i grab it and paid the yard bloke 10 bucks i think it was and i got.
a load of master system games.
load of mega drive games
bout 20 controllers
2 megadrives
3 ataris
and most importantly an intellivision, the intellevision came with a box full of about 5-6 sealed unopened games and all the ad ons for the intellevision like the voice unit thingo and some other expansion and a piano and a computer keyboard..im having trouble remembering it all but a lot of gear.

my question, is coleco/intellevision stuff worth anything? all the older vid game stuff is in my parents garage, a garage i work out of, so the intellevision is in under a work bench getting dust al over it.
can i sell it and it be woth my time?
it doesnt mean much to me personally as i played it  few times and that era of gaming was before my time.
if its not worth anything ill just keep it, as i already saved it from landfill once.

Uhh I know nothing about Intellivision but what a kick ass find! :-)

It has a pretty solid, dedicated collecting group, but it depends what you have.  I owned one myself and couldn't get into it, the controllers suck.

i know what your saying, all those overlays. i have them all but most games i found pretty hard to tell what u are doing, i played dungons and dragons for a while clueless

I didn't mind the inserts so much as the obviously-trying-to-be-different direction pad.  So awkward.
