Title: NES Top Loader with AV Composite Output? Post by nintendofanboy on 29. Apr 2009 at 18:31
Hello im new to this forum site but not to Nintendo i do have a top loader and i love using it. So im asking this question can any one confirm that there is a top loader with AV composite out put i really hate using the rf connector and i spend more time hooking up the system because of the rf connector. I hate clones and don't see why any one would buy them so that is out of the question or should i get an AV Family Computer?

Try this:
http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3458586 Radio shack stocks a coax cable with a push-on type connector so you don't have to mess with tightening / losening the nut on the standard coax connector. It'll save you a lot of time and money if it is just the cable that's at issue. Alternately, you can buy a tuner so you don't have to run it through something like a VCR. It takes coax, lets you tune a channel and then output it through RCA. It's about the size of a digital converter box: http://sewelldirect.com/Stand-Alone-TV-Tuner-Cable-Antenna-Coax-and-RCA-Composite-Inputs-VGA-Output-_specs.asp?source=froogle&utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=cse It'd be cheaper probably than trying to track down an AV toploader. Hope this helps |
