I bought this from Buddha / Merp about 5 years ago. Has some EPROMS inside. Definitely a low number produced.
It's basically quizzes the user on traffic laws.
I don't have a Famicom to NES converter anymore, but the last time I played the thing, it worked.
$50.00 USD and some shipping in my paypal account, and it's yours.
