i remember a sidescroller nes game, where you could pick spells from a side menu, you could summon meteors to bonce around the screen and could morph into a red and yellow were-tiger thing, that did spinny jumps and scratched.

if anybody remembers anything like this and knows a title, or know who to ask, that would be awesome. i've looked for it for some time now.
