over the winter i designed the first three levels of a ship shooter. I want to know what retro gamer fans think about them. How well did i capture the look and feel of classic arcade and cart games? Please give it a shot, and to give it your best shot just hold down the space bar

the levels show my progress in level design, and AS3 techniques. Episode III will be the most enjoyable, but II was the most fun to design... it might be a bit too hard.

awesome game dude.
try port it to the nes, i will definitely buy it.
Make it more challenging with badass powerup.
The design is also very beautiful.

thanks for the reply! I am interested in learning what platforms i can get the flash games on, but for now i would love any information on using flash + java to enable usb gamepads.

We made a new version of this game on Android and added a shop to act as a leveling system. Let us know what you think! Still free. Still fun. ;D
