A friend asked me to check whether anyone can identify a game he remembers to had played as a kid.

In the first level you drive a car, that lasts about two minutes. In the end you enter a garage, get out of the car and walk around the garage, you need to do something there, but he says that he never managed to discover what to do in the garage.

That’s all the informations I have, sorry. I hope that somebody will still manage to identify this. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure, but some of the gameplay sounds like Motor City Patrol.

The idea is that you drive around the city for 2 minutes solving crime. Then at the end, you can upgrade your car.
