Tough to say. Nintendo probably doesn't (and never will) know about retrozone because they're too busy working on the newer console games. and even if they did, they might not care, but regardless, I think it is PROBABLY illegal, but not enough to get arrested or sued for, or have any kind of punishment considering that the NES was made over 20 years ago, but someone HAS goten sued a couple thousand dollars for pirating new super mario brothers wii. Also, you can get the NES powerpak at that website.

I dont have that much in my arcade game of vs super mario bros. i would like to have a cart of this from retrozone tho, but i dont think i would pay that much for it , where i own the original arcade game of it.

Yep. Illegal. It's like copying games or movies illegal, it's just old.
