as a celebration of having the SNES section, what are your top 10 favorite SNES games?

here are mines:
Super Mario World
Street Fighter 2 - Turbo
Final Fantasy 3 (6)
Chrono Trigger
NBA Jam
Zombie ate my Neighbors
Star Fox
Mario Kart
Super Bomberman 3
Tetris Attack

i could had mention a few others but this are the ones i played and enjoy the most growing up. :)

I don't think I have an SNES top 10 to be honest, I've always disliked that system for some reason :-)

But...

Super Mario World
Super Mario All-Stars
Zelda - A link to the past
Firemen
Mystic Quest
F-Zero
Castlevania 4

you dislike one of the best console of all time! :o

but you picked some great games. i would had added Link to the past on my list but forgot... somehow. ;D

the other ones i like that i didn't mentioned are Secret of Mana and Contra 3. :)

Never really got into the SNES. To this day I don't play it much, but the games I have played that I loved include:

Lufia II
Lord of the Rings
Secret of Mana/Evermore (loved both of them)
FF2 and 3

...and a bunch of others that I can't quite place at the moment...been a few years since I last fired up the console.

2.SMW2 "Yoshies island"
3.Sparkster (a true gem!)
4.Ultimate MK3
5.Metal Warriors (another gem!)
6.TMNT4 (turtles in time) "uber fun!"
7.the best "7" Mega man 7!
8.Donkey Kong Country
9.Mario Kart
10. Star Wars Empire Strikes Back

im sure thats not my exact fave order, but i dont feel like getting up and going threw a tower of carts at the moment :P lol j/k

I also never played SNES much.
The games I've played and enjoyed are:

Super Mario World
Legend of Zelda LttP
Final Fantasy 2
Contra 3
Donkey Kong Country
Super Metroid
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (I played this before I played FF2 which is why I liked it)

Only 7... I guess I really dont play SNES very much.

From a collecting perspective, I hate how many SNES games start with the word "Super".

IDK I know the Top ten are usually

1. Chrono Trigger
2. Super Mario World 2
3. Lufia II
4. Super Bomberman II
5. Final Fantasy II
6. Secret Of Mana 2
7. Donkey Kong Country 2
8. Megaman X
9. Orge Battle
10. Star Fox

But I know their are games I like better then these nowadays, for the system.

i think this was nintendo's best console and the best time period for gaming in general.
But i hate to collect for it.
No top ten but i liked.

Out of the SNES games I own, here's my top 10 (in alphabetical order):

Arcana
Boogerman: A Pick and Flick Adventure
HyperZone
Killer Instinct
Kirby Super Star
Operation Logic Bomb
Plok
SmartBall
Super Mario World
Super Metroid

I have several others that I've yet to play (Battletoads and Double Dragon, Cybernator, The Ignition Factor, etc.), but I never had time unfortunately. :'(
