If you're talking retail games, Stadium Events. If you're talking "anything on a cartridge," then the Nintendo World Championship carts, especially the gold ones (don't remember the last time a gold has been on sale to be honest).

Wiz is referring to the The US version of Stadium Events (which has a round seal). I think the PAL version sell for quite a bit less.

I have no idea what the most expensive PAL game would be. It's either Snowboard Challenge or Rodland

thamks but I already knew about the NWC cartridges and I just cant picture them being sold. Are you sure about stadium events? I saw a copy go on sale a little while ago at microplay

If you saw Stadium Events and the price is OK, you should get it.
Keep in mind there is an April Fool's reproduction version, so if it is expensive, make sure you research first to be sure its a real one.

So far I have seen games, sold for 2K and the next was
1.5K, and I myself have brought a game for 200, way back
yonder. I think the highest in the mid numbers, I have spent was 30-70 dollars, I think.

About Stadium events. I never seen that kart
and I will never will own one. I have my original
packaged game, track and feild with a touch
matt ( you know before DDR mats ). That is as
far as I go with any events.

A cart-only US Stadium Events recently sold on NA for over $2500. PAL copies you'd drop a zero, but yeah, as far as US releases go, that's the top money game outside of the NWC competition carts and one-off items like Campus Challenge.
