Just a topic to discuss the market's first "64-bit" system.

The Jag, was the most saddest thing on the face of this planet. This beast had power and CD to boot. The Jag should have overshadowed the PSX, and Saturn, but nope, we all know why. I mean seriously man, we need to stick together and not divide. I mean god almighty, does a system just proves how out of touch we are with our consumers.

I think the Jaguar was ahead of its time, no one knew what to do with it...

Tempest 2000, Doom, Wolfenstien 3D, and AVP. All great games.

Tempest 2000 should have stayed in the arcades where it belongs. Anybody who saw this, back then would be scratching thier heads. T2000 is not going to break and sales charts. It was a wasted print. The DOS version probably out sold it.

Doom, and Wolfenstien are both DOS games, and the
Jag would have to have a superior ports, but did it?
How many versions of the same games, would I have?

Alien vs Preditor, have been released for all 4 3d game consoles. The PSX, Saturn, 3d0, and almost all had this game released, in their own representation. AVP was
never a real series, only a comic book, and arcade game.

I mean lets face it, the Jag had no real developer support.
Where is the comic adventure, the action rpg, or anything else. Even the 3d0 has all of that.

Atari over estimated itself.
