I now have a development blog. I'm hoping to add some sort of content weekly - if I have nothing new to talk about, I will add old stuff, which might be scans from when I was designing parts of the game on paper. I used to go nuts over the Nintendo Power articles that had to do with game development, so maybe you'll find this to be cool.
The latest entries in the blog feature a preliminary sketch for the box artwork, and an interview from pixlbit.com. |

So I finally played it, I see it is demo still, basically I see the island you are on, and have to manage the amount of gold, but where the blazes do I get stables for my Oxes, only the Knights and etc has stables, but no Ox stables.
I have a room full of know it alls, but no Ox stables. Of course I guess no women either since we have a village full of able ready little people, ready to wage war. ......................... I really like stratergy games and all, but if I do not see any action, I can go right to sleep. I see your game has action sequences, one of the small reasons why I had a love for strategy games. In terms of the back and forth between battles, reminds me of "Armed and Dangerous", and the wall battles. Idk, maybe an "current warfare" themed game would also be nice, or even reinactments, with funny graphics and some cartoonish antics, involved. So far this has the ability of doing what Kemco Alot of programming must have went into the stats and on screen move setup, I am thinking about how those connect together. Maybe this could work like KOEI games, if you are familiar with them. They have a whole slew of strat games, from the early DOS PC era, and make games on dying current gen systems. When I am a bit more sane, I will check it out. Geocities also have free website, yes that good ole Geocities, I am talking about, so you can use that as a resource, but they do not want any hanky panky. |

Hi, I'm glad you tried it out. I highly recommend looking at the tutorials if you want to find out something about the game. To answer your question about the stables... the stable holds both horses and ox. After you build one, you can get them through the Ox Breeding Upgrade on the upgrade screen. Finally, in the demo version, you will not be attacked by an enemy, except when you press the Start button. That will automatically begin an attack (you will need to have troops ready to fight though, or it's game over). |

While, I'm posting, I have this announcement to add: Limited Edition will be released in May! Check out my blog for details. Contact me (easiest way is to use my blog's contact form) if you want notification when the release is here! |
