What do you think is a fair price to pay for a sealed copy of hogan's alley?

Well lets think about it,

Hogans Ally did appear in "Back to the future II:Biffs Revenge" and most likely was advertised such.

It is still a very playable game like "Duck Hunt"

However not too many people remembers it.

It really depends on the buyer. Of course being sealed, how much would like to get for it?
