Title: Someone remember that game's name? Please Help! Post by ostiquebe on 31. Mar 2014 at 17:02
Hi,
I'm looking for a game since a time ago and i can't find it :'(. I've thought someone of this forum could help me. The main character was a big head on feet, which broke blocks hitting these with the head. It was a bald head. The goal of the game was arrive to the door of each track. If someone can help me, will make me very very happy!!! :) Thank you for help!! ;) |

Thank you albailey but the game is not Bonk's Adventure. The character's feet are directly joined to his head. He doesn't have body.
I've looked for in all the roms called "xx in 1" and I can't find it. However, I have a new hint. Yesterday I found the cartridge's tag in the web. I've attached it in this post. In addition I have to say I played the game in the NASA console, not in the NES. Sorry :P Thank you to everybody!! Nasa.png (794 KB | 320

I am wondering if the game is "Adventures of Lolo".
Note: there's also Lolo 2 and Lolo 3 He looks like a little ball with feet and the goal of each level is to make it to the door (although I think you usually need to find a way of unlocking the door first) Al |

no albailey, neither is this game :´(
Character was similar, but it was not a ball, it was like a human head... Thank you again for trying to help :) |

Here's my last guess. Kickle Cubicle
The gameplay is like Lolo, but the graphics sound like what you are describing. Al |

Hi everyone, I'm a big fan of Nintendo and just joined the forum.
I'd like some help to find the name of a game once I saw my friend playing. It was on a Famiclone so I don't know whether it was released in the USA. All I remember is the protagonist throwing small tennis balls at the enemies and footballs after upgrade. It was side scrolling from left to right as in Super Mario Bros. Thank you very much for your help! |

Title: Platform game co-op shooting leading into a tunnel Post by Sagemode on 14. Jul 2014 at 19:53
A guy once came to our house, I was not really friends with him. But he brought with him a multi game cartridge I believe. I cannot imagine it having been anything else.
There was a game on that cartridge and I will try to describe it. The first level was a left-to-right platform game. It was co-op with two players. The platform level basically proceeded along two heights, two levels. It was very easy to jump from one level to another because you could just press down and jump and you would drop to the lower level. That means two players could cooperate in a magnificent way to just kill all enemies that way. I am sure there was a boss at the end of that level, I don't remember. It was a shooting game. The characters fired guns or rifles or automatic guns and the game pace was pretty high. I don't remember what kind of enemies there were. But the next level went inside a base. No longer a platform game, the goal was now to kill enemies in a certain room where the room was oriented in a sort of 3d fashion with you and your mate sitting at the front of the room (your view window) and looking into the room with the far end being at the top of the screen, more or less. I think that means there were just two cursors and you could use those cursors to fire at enemies appearing in the room. I don't remember what happened beyond that. I used to play it with my little brother together (playing solo would have been pointless) until that guy came back to take his game cartridge back. It was a really crazy game how good it was. The pace of the platform level was so excellent and it was just blissful to jump from platform to platform, or level to level. I think the tunnel part was amazing too. Perhaps the game ended after that, or we couldn't get past it. No clue anymore. Do you have any idea? |

Right. "Contra" was mentioned somewhere as one of the better (known) titles but the word never rang a clue with me.
Definitely that game yes. Looks like we didn't get very far :P. (My and my brother). Definitely remember the 'boss' at the end of the first level, the rest is a bit shady. Anyway, good to know! Thanks :). |

I remember renting Contra, but I knew about the "Konami" code (up up down down etc..) to get 99 lives. My brother and I ended up getting pretty far thanks to that cheat. I don't think we beat the game though. Al |
