This isn't solid evidence, but on EBay a seller is claiming unreleased artwork for a Vector man 64 game.

I find that hard to believe that Sega was going to make a N64 game when they were still making hardware. Sounds fake to me.

Vectorman existed on Genesis... so it's probably from the genesis game :-)

Vectorman on the N64 would have been justifiable. Even the Saturn would have broke that in quite nice but when you think about that beat-em-up game "Fighting Force" you know it would have been great.
