You may want to add this seller to the list.

BE WARE OF THIS SELLER Trade a game ripped me off for almost $50 Told me several times that they would refund the money but after 3 month they stopped answering my mails, funny enough to late for me to leave a negative feedback. Reported them to ebay, apperently that doesnt do squat!!!

Where'd you get that from?

The bid must have been removed. It was up over $3,500.

anybody ever buy from game-over_inc.  sent the money and never got this game:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8219281568

looked at the tracking number and the label was generated, but the post office didnt "get it"  crappity smacking pisses me off, they claim no responsibility after it goes to the post office.  im wondering if it even got there.

That sucks ass, I hate getting screwed.  What happened to your ebay account, it says you are no longer a registered user.

I know this isn't NES related, but want to warn everyone anyway that may be buying arcade cabinets or boards.

Bought a cabinet from bbu97159656tcy, Bill Burger, runs the Game Room in Anaheim, CA. Asked before I bought if it was the only one he had, to which he replied yes.

Do a BIN, pick it up, get it home and realize that it is not the same one in the auction. Short background, my truck was in the shop, had a rental so other things on my mind and did not have the printed auction to compare to on pickup.

They refused to even let me even plug it in at their shop to test it. Different machine, no power, and realized there were not even any joysticks. Was a total jerk trying to get the problem fixed. Then after I returned it, he relisted the same auction knowing he didn't have it.

Of course eBay won't do anything about it. Went around with them for several weeks. So be warned, this guy is a sleaze.

Thanks.  I live down closer to San Diego, but an arcade pick-up-only auction up north would be a possibility for me.

I'm looking out for the two TMNT games.

yourmyfluffyone (fritz ghm, ebaynene@yahoo.com) from the US eBay...

...he had an item on eBay.com several months ago and I forgot to bid on it so I asked whether I could still buy it for the starting price, which he agreed upon. He didn't accept PayPal, so I had to go out of my way to get US dollars and send them to him. To save on costs I had asked for Surface mail, which can take up to 1-2 months. I waited it out until more than 2 months passed, and started e-mailing him, never receiving a reply. I then checked his eBay account and it turned out he was still active on eBay, so I msg'd him using the eBay messaging system...and he still did not reply. His feedback rating may be good, but he clearly scammed me when he had the chance, so I would not recommend dealing with him at all.

How long has it been?  It sometimes takes 3 days for those things to be updated.  Are you tracking it online?
