PM sent

If anybody has a Mega Man 3 manual, or a Mega Man 4, 5, or 6 box, I would go crazy over that for a trade.

He has had some successful transactions under this s/n.  If he would just fess up and admit what he done was wrong, then maybe people would forgive him.  If he keep this shit up about making new names and lying to people, he is going to get a permanent ban from all the NES sites.

I just emailed Nick Morgan the following:

It would be very wise of you to refund my money Immediately.  I will be contacting your local District Attorney, and Paypal if you fail to refund my money.

Dear everybody,
Yes, I am indeed Nick Morgan, and I'm not even trying to hide my identity anymore.  I completed about 6-7 trades on NES world and a few on DP under my REAL NAME and REAL ADDRESS and I knew eventually somebody would post a "BUYER BEWARE" post or something similar to that.  I'm not even trying to hide anymore, nor am I trying to scam anyone.  If you talk to the people I traded with recently under burnambill333 they will say that I've completed honest trades so far.

I know I crappity smacked up pretty bad recently with the resealing incidents, and I am going to court on May 16th for that.  I know I will always be known as "the resealer guy", but I'm not trying to pull any scams anymore or take your money.

Please at least read what I wrote above before considering how to judge me in this situation.  Naucratis, I can either send you your manuals (they're already packaged up) or refund you.......your choice.

I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt.  I was considering backing out, but I realized that people change.  I have things in my past that I'm not proud of, as does almost anyone else.  We're human.

Indeed, humans does mistakes, but i dont look at what he did as a mistake. I mean, the guy knew what he was doing. He also got tons of warnings etc and he didnt give a shit, he just kept on re-sealing the games. I would never buy from him even if he had changed.

You have a point, but he is being punished for his crime.  Whether or not it's enough is debatable, but life's too short to carry a grudge man.  Whether you choose to deal with him or not is your call, but I'm willing to see.  I'm not one to hold a grudge, regardless of how bad his crime was.  However, he must realize that he's under the intense scrutiny of the collecting community, myself included, and if he's not careful, the few people that would deal with him may end up changing their minds.  I just hope my faith isn't misplaced.

I just hope that he wont build up a good reputation again and the start to do something simular as he just did. He didnt seem to care earlier that he ripped people of for many many 100s of dollars, that is whats scary. I mean, doesnt he feel bad about it at all? Ah well, i just hope no1 here will be scammed and that he really have changed.

Well said jajaja.  That is my same fear.  I hope he has changed, but I have my doubts.

Nick, just be aware that we are keeping our eye on you.  Stay true to your word, and do what you say, and maybe one day people will start to trust you again.  I am just glad you finally brought yourself out into the open.  You should have done this months ago.
