Oct 2006 at 15:46 From what I've read it's because they are doing a HUGE upgrade. That's the reason they've been down so much. I guess it's getting to big for the server they are on and are trying to move to a new one WHILE doing an upgrade. At least that's how I understand it. But yeah, the whole being down thing is getting really annoying.

What's the nature of their existence? It's mystified me since I tried hunting for their classic edition and couldn't come up with one...

Its a good site but It is getting to be a pain its up one minute and down the next..I really havent had much luck on dp anyway trying to trade,buy or sell. Maybe they need to go in and purge all the threads older than a year to free up space..unless its a really important topic I dont see the need in saving threads any longer than a year.
