Anyone have one of these?

The title is referring to the copier in the picture. I just bought this but it has not arrived yet.
Any problems with this kind of copier?
Anything I should be aware of?
Is it a good copier?

I think the copier provides more memory so you can play disk backups of carts that were to big to fit on disks in the first place.

Would be a bitch to load a Maxi15 using disks that only hold 64k

Heh, I few years ago I won a auction that had close to 100 copied disks. unfortunatly most of them needed the extra memory to play. I think the largest game was 5 or 6 disks.

The name of the copier is "Turbo Game Doctor 6M". Haven't tried it yet, might get to do that tomorrow.
One thing, the FDS has a little sticker on it that says "Modded" in handwriting. I don't know what this could mean. What are the possible modifications you can do to a FDS?

You recieved the item? Would you take close up pictures and/or write a small paragraph on it. We will give you credit, of course. It's just that I've never seen that before!

I will do that, but as for now I don't have a working AC-adaptor for the FDS so I haven't been able to try it out. What are the specifikations for it? Maybe I'll be able to run downtown tomorrow and buy me one..
EDIT: I read an article on a danish website about the "Turbo Game Doctor 6M" just now. I can translate it for you later on.

I'm not danish, but i i know the language fairly good (atleast when its written) so i translate
"In its time, Turbo Game Doctor 6+ was produced by Venus Corp. The unit itself (hardware) was produced in 1989, you can see this on the BIOS that is marked 1989. The machine was in avalible in stores in the early 90's and was sold for $180.
Turbo Game Doctor 6+ is kinda a special backup unit, since its not able to make backups of original games. The reason is because of the well known mapper problem that have haunted NES and Famicom programmers for soon 2 decades. The mapper problem is the reason why there havnt been any backup unit for NES or Famicom that both could dump and play the copied games.
Turbo Game Doctor 6+ is only capable to run games that are hacked for this occasion. The hacked games are very hard to find so its very limited to how many that can enjoy this unit."
Something like that

No problem
Hehe true that, spoken danish is much harder to understand.
I wonder why they didnt make a pure MMC3 dumper or something. Shouldnt this work fine, a dumper that can only dump and play MMC3 games?
