I figured heck after the BB2 anything could happen lol. thats was nuts. We were both very fortunatne to have been at the right place at the right time. Smiley Woo im happy!!! i just wish i didnt pass up the 2 CIB sachens he had, he also had jurassic boy CIB and a game called Qoy or something like that CIB. owell cant say i didnt score well. i also found a marios time machine cart only for 5 bucks from someone else stand. and believe it or not the complete mickey game came from someone else for 6 bucks. so overall A+++ show. was great!

lol that was you ... Those were the dudes from Microplay: Reading, the guy with the coke-bottle glasses pulled up a box and let me dig for $3 a cart, mostly uncommons but I got some I needed. I saw the lone MTM on the sheet at $5 when he was recording my purchases, in hindsight I should have realized it was your score too Smiley Seems we were the only two serious NES collectors there at opening. Nice to have the place to ourselves eh

lol yep that was me. i picked up that MTM and it said $5.00 on it but ut looked like a old yard sale sticker on it. so i figured it wasnt $5.00 but then when i got to pay for it i was like "ok it says $5.00 on it here" handed the guy the cash and his helper that was with him whispered "that games rare man" to the guy i paid and i got the heck outta that area quick lol. so yea it was a great show in PA. first one i ever been too. and now i wanna go to em all. Hey dangevin did you see that other seller selling those complete NES games?? he had some rare ones but kinda wanted a lot for them i remeber he had like ghost lion CIB, lone ranger, attack of the killer tomatoes CIB and a good but more that i needed. but man i was running outta funds from the other guy lol. And yea i think we were the only real serious nes collectors. Dude that one guy we got all our stuff from had a bonk 3 for tg 16 for 25 bucks. i already had it but he had awesome deals for almost every system lol

Well gotta brag a little, I got my copy of MTM from a pawn shop for $2.99 earlier this year, the first rare cart I owned. So nyah nyah Smiley A month or so later I got Bandit Kings and Big Nose Freaks Out for $1.99 each and I was hooked on collecting.
I got the Miracle from that guy with the CIB stuff, he brought it in after noon I guess he had some time after lunch and I think there was a no-show so he could spread the big stuff out. He had "the right" prices on the boxed games IMO but at a show that doesn't really cut it...like you said, our funds went to the ridiculous deals, and the fair deals lost out. I did see some people sniffing around his Dragon Warrior sequel boxes and so forth but didn't see a lot of takers. I think most gamers in the market at a show like that need well over a hundred, 200, 300 games to get the complete set; I'm not going to walk up and say "Hey I need that...right price....okay" when it's one of hundreds. I need the steal. When I'm under 100 I'll start shelling out...so much momentum at that point!
It was my first show too, ooh my achin' cherry.
